Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer, an American actor and comedian. Her fame was forged by her stint as a star in the NBC comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live in 1996-2002. In the years since, she's appeared in sitcoms such as ABC's Suburgatory TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto as well as the film Mean Girls. Gasteyer started her career in Northwestern University. She initially was studying voice, but switched to theater after becoming involved in the improv comedy group on campus. This passion has carried her through a number of roles supporting including the intimidating Sheila Shay on Suburgatory and the quirky Karen Grisham (agent) on Lady Dynamite. This has all led towards American Auto, the NBC comedy that grants Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring role. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She's appeared in Telenovelas, the HBO show Eastbound & Down & Capadocia and Amazon's Goliath. Reguera was raised in Veracruz. Nena la Reguera's mother had been Miss Veracruz. Nena also was an editor. Reguera began taking ballet classes before pursuing a degree in performance arts at Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura.
